Our Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund or an exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags and original luxury packaging.
Please note that clientele are responsible for shipping cost back to the distribution center. Please work with our concierge team for to initiate a return.
For your convenience return labels will be provided based on the specific designer or partner fulfilling your order.

Refunds
Once our team has performed a meticulous quality check and verified the condition of the returned piece, your refund will be processed and issued back to your original method of payment. You can expect the funds to be reflected in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institutions internal processing timelines.
